This week, after a short wait, the second of my George at Asda treats dropped through the letter box. One bright pink zebra jumper to brighten my day. For someone who doesn’t wear an awful lot of pink, I love it. It’s snuggly, warm and over-sized. Here in Burnley, there’s hailstone and showers. Summer may be on its way, but its a long way away.

In a wardrobe filled with monochrome, this splash of colour is a welcome addition. Even though the sun is shining, there’s still a chill in the air.  It’s no secret I’ve been craving a shopping trip all weekend, what better way to overcome the urge than with a new jumper? Whilst I mightn’t have shopped, I’ve shopped my wardrobe. This jumper matches almost everything. Polka dot and heart print skirts, jeans, you name it. However, it’s this gingham dress that the boy bought me for Valentine’s Day that I decided to team it with.

This is the second fun piece George have sent me from their G21 range. Their first being this coral satchel. At £16,  the jumper is a great price for a transitional piece. It’s bright enough to throw on during Summer evenings, but warm enough to fight off the chill. It fits seamlessly into a wardrobe of monochrome and brights.

On Monday, it’ll be making its way to Debbie as part of Frock Swap UK. I’m looking forward to seeing how Rachel, Debbie and Erica decide to style this jumper, along with the bag of course! Have you been keeping up with the lovely items they chose?
